We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but understand if it doesn't work out.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization

Briton Court reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.


To begin your return:

  2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code

  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return

  4. Choose your return reason

  5. Select your preferred return method (exchange, store credit, or refund)

  6. Follow the provided instructions to complete your return

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.


Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be processed as either an exchange, refund, or store credit, depending on your selection during the return request.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
